Very friendly, personal approach at all appointments. I saw both Ian and George and they both treated me with respect every time. Reception staff also welcoming and friendly. Very pleased with the care I received at Danetre hospital.

The steady and continued treatment nothing seemed too much trouble, and I am not able to enjoy walking, which will help keep me in good health.

My doctor was very friendly and efficient during my appointment.
He was careful to make sure I understood everything that was going on and what he was going to do.
My only and my problem is that he used my birth name to meet one point without washing and I would have appreciated more sensitivity on that issue.

Linda has always been very helpful and answered any questions I might have about my medication. She has given me a great deal of support and boosted my confidence again after my illness. It's very reassuring to know that, after discharge, I can still contact her if things become difficult again. I have been very encouraged by her visits, and cannot think of anyway that the care plan could be improved.
